Atlantic Explorer UHDAS ADCP Checksheet

(cruise name should start with a letter. Allowed = letters, numbers, underscore)

Before a Cruise (or if power was interrupted):
  1. Make sure power is ON to the OS75 ADCP
  2. Power up the UHDAS computer "currents"
  3. Log in as user "adcp"
Starting a cruise:
  1. Start UHDAS gui ("UHDAS" on command  line, or little red and blue icon, top bar)    UHDAS icon
  2. In the Control Tab, "Start Cruise"
  3. In the Control Tab, "Restore Defaults"
  4. In the Control Tab, "Start Recording"
Notes:
  1. Leave Trigger as 0,0

Set up the Browser
  1. start Firefox
  2. choose "Bookmarks"
  3. choose "ashtech-gyro"
  4. resize the window so the figures and the gui are visible
