In the processing directory in CRUISE/proc/ladcp_uh there is a sample program called test_shearcalc.py.
Edit it for your cruise, and run it as:
python test_shearcalc.py
Calculated ocean velocity is stored in data files and shown in PNG plots in the shearcalc directory.
You can expose the PNG plots to the ship’s network by linking these files to CRUISE/web/profiles where people can access them as http://LADCP_COMPUTER/ladcp“
