Windows XP, Matlab R2007b I noticed two things when exersizing the LTA demo: (1) Normally when I change values in the blue "gautoedit" window, I click "show now" and those values take effect. This did not happen. I wanted to increase the error velocity cutoff to bring back the missing data that looked "+" signs (data were flagged because they were to high in error velocity, so we need to raise the error velocity thresholds) Solution: Aggravating, but it does work - Edit "aflagit_setup.m" to have the new thresholds (I set the two error velocity thresholds to 150) - kill the gui - set the "startdd" to extract data where you were looking - click "show now" This seems to mean that any time you edit adcp data with Windows, you need to work your way from start to finish, killing the gautoedit window and restarting it to change parameters. Feel free to figure out how to fix this: I will happily implement any changes that also work on Mac and Linux. (2) When clicking on 'bottom' or 'pzap bins' the cursor is a big "X". Evidently the piece of it that does the drawing is the top left corner of the X. Once that is established, the tools work as expected.
