1. UHDAS

   ‘UHDAS’ is a script that calls ‘DAS.py’ (see below), and is the name of the ADCP logging and processing suite written by Firing and Hummon at University of Hawaii.

   There are two ways to access ‘UHDAS’:

   • available as a command line program
   • available as a gui button in the task bar

   ‘DAS.py’ is a Python program that performs the following actions:

   • starts the gui interface to ‘UHDAS’
   • controls data acquisition
   • initiates control of processing and archiving
